David Ibia is an SVP at Flowstate Inc and founder of Boxmarshall LLC, with over a decade of experience leading engineering across infrastructure, platform, and product teams. He has held senior engineering roles at companies across the US, UAE, UK, Netherlands, and Nigeria, and is based in Lagos.

Through Boxmarshall LLC, he builds and ships across infrastructure, communications, and developer tooling, and maintains open source tooling for AI agents. He speaks on agentic AI and orchestration in the African context, and holds a B.Eng from Covenant University.

Alongside Boxmarshall, he has spent the better part of a decade leading development as a contractor and technical lead, across 40+ products spanning retail automation, web3 and DeFi, fintech, and AI, with recent work focused on security audits and platform hardening. He is a partner and engineering lead at Neurl, and as SVP at Flowstate Inc he leads engineering across the company's product and platform teams.
